In the event of an emergency, it’s important that designated officers at the University be able to reach your trusted contacts. Take a few moments to update your emergency contacts on Workday by logging in, clicking your picture in the upper-right, and then on View Profile. Then, click the Actions button on the left (underneath your picture and title), then on Personal Data, and then on View My Emergency Contacts. It’s a good idea to periodically review this information and ensure it is accurate and up-to-date.
Only your supervisor and other authorized individuals, such as HR, are able to view this information.
