About the Program
At USC, our six unifying values support our university’s mission and guide our behaviors to create our Trojan culture. The Provost Shared Services’ Culture Champion Award is an employee recognition program celebrating our team members and their embodiment of our USC Culture Values. Each team member is recognized for building a culture that instills trust, reinforces ethical decision-making, and provides a strong foundation to live out our mission.
The Culture Champion awards are given out quarterly, with each awardee being recognized for their efforts.

Nomination Process
Nominators must complete the form below to be considered for this quarter’s Culture Champions. We ask that you nominate your colleagues that exemplifies one or more of the culture values, and has demonstrated a commitment to our workplace.
