Jay joined us more than a year ago, he worked very hard to learn our complex technologies and policies. He responds to urgent request no matter what time of the day it is, Jay has been very responsive and helpful. He takes the time to make sure users are comfortable while he is working on their system. He is really great at establishing genuine connections, which is critical in IT support.
