Ken Shibata is our August Star Player of the Month!
As a Computer Consultant Supervisor, Ken has increased the quality of service in Provost IT with his attention to customer care and enthusiastic attitude. He ensures that customers receive a speedy response, and is always on time himself. A wiz at troubleshooting and keeping his work organized, Ken sets a high standard for supervisors everywhere. For example, he successfully managed more than 80 computers to be delivered and setup for different departments without delay. In doing this, he understood the proper way to communicate and manage his staff in order to deploy these systems on time. He’s proven himself to be a great leader, and exemplifies what it is to be a team player.
