Gretchen Lees is our August 2020 Star Player of the Month!
Gretchen oversees the USC Libraries and PAM and was with us when we started in 2015. Over time, she has found many ways to be successful in partnering with the other departments in our organization. Gretchen’s clients love her, they often tell me she is very customer service oriented. Currently, she is going above her normal work responsibilities to partner with Advancement to help PAM reconcile in-kind gift values to our GL. She is also partnering with the IMAGINE team to try to automate batch pay processing for the Libraries.
