Rebecca Romero is our December Star Player of the Month!
Rebecca Romero is Provost IT’s Senior Applications Administrator, where she leads several technical projects and manages business applications across a variety of university functional areas. Rebecca joined Provost IT in 2021 after working in a variety of technology roles supporting student systems at USC. Since joining our team, she has served as the lead staff member on many critical projects that affect our entire user base, including efforts to re-think student advisement technologies, our acquisitions of IT for University HR and Enrollment Services, the deployment of Zoom Phones, improvements, and innovations to our ServiceNow platform, and much more. She also worked to expand our student worker program by creating innovative new training opportunities and broadening the scope of work that our student employees perform, helping them learn cutting-edge processes and tools in a real-world IT environment. We recognize Rebecca for her constant focus on supporting USC’s students, faculty, service, and her always positive, team-focused attitude.
