Laura Escobar is our February Star Player of the Month!
Laura joined our teams in the past year and has added value in her role as our HR business partner. Laura supports all of the Provost Shared Services teams. Laura also supports the Office of Research, USC Stevens and the Department of Animal Resources. For the Office of Research, Laura has collaborated with our new interim VP of Research, Maja Mataric, to fully understand the issues related to personnel. For USC Stevens, Laura is supporting Maja in evaluating the current structure. For the Department of Animal Resources, Laura presented an equity review that was very thorough. I think Laura demonstrates a professionalism and maturity that is critical for the success of our teams.
