Alma Dalnay is our June Star Player of the Month!
Alma is the Senior HR Partner for ITS in the Provost Human Resources Office. She has been the lead on the ITS transformation, which has required her to manage everything from the creation of new positions with Compensation to working with ITS leadership to ensure all staff were treated fairly and communicated with in a timely manner. Her interactions with clients, peers, and centers of excellence were a true example of partnership. She often had multiple deliverables to manage everyday and did so by working weekends and long hours. Thanks to her, the first phase of transformation was executed on time with positive results. She has been a model to others, and a huge asset to our shared services team. We are fortunate to have Alma on our team.
