Carla Williams is our November Star Player of the Month!
Carla is one of the most dependable players on the payroll team. She shows great leadership traits by helping her teammates when they are in need, takes the lead to complete tasks before they are assigned to her, volunteers to cover payroll errands, and attends informative HR/PA and Client Advisory meetings. She has done an exceptional job at taking the lead on group projects and filling the gaps when understaffed. She always suggests innovative ways to improve our current processes and volunteered to improve inclusion by becoming a member of the social events committee in PSS. It is a pleasure working with Carla, she definitely deserves to be star player of the month.
