Erika Jimenez is our October Stay Player of the Month!
Erika is the consultant responsible for managing all leaves within the Provost portfolio. SHe was charged with creating and standardizing processes and forms and with developing communications and training for all leave types staff and faculty take. Most importantly, she serves as the liaison between employees, Central HR, Broadspire and managers. Recently an employee suffered a workplace injury and needed medical attention. The service provided by the vendors was delayed and the employee was left with no resolution to his injury. Erika took the lead and worked with all the necessary parties, identified a solution, and obtained the medical care that the employee needed. She consistently has gone above and beyond to ensure that her clients get the care that they need, the managers are updated, and that USC’s disability/accommodation programs are managed effectively. She truly is a star player.
