Grant is being recognized as the Star Player of the Month for his outstanding customer service provided to the Provost’s Office units, including our Shared Services team. He currently works as a System Administrator leading our information security and disaster recovery projects and is also responsible for our Laserfiche Digital Document servers. Grant is being recognized because he consistently provides high quality, thoughtful customer service and works diligently to address any technical issues as quickly as possible. He embodies the desired customer service mindset and elevates the experience for all that work with him.
